YOSEF AMIR
PROPERTY & CLINIC OPERATIONS MANAGER
With a background in engineering and facility operations, Yosef oversees the maintenance, safety, and functionality of both clinic locations. He ensures that the physical environment remains organized, reliable, and fully operational to support the clinic’s high standards.
HASINAH SHAQIQ, D.Pod.M., BSc (Hons)
PODIATRIC MEDICINE/CHIROPODIST
Hasinah Shaqiq is a licensed Chiropodist with over a decade of clinical experience, practicing since 2009. She holds an Honours Bachelor of Science from York University and a D.Pod.M. from the Michener Institute, with extensive clinical training across top Toronto hospitals. A dedicated member and former Board Member of the Ontario Society of Chiropodists, Hasinah provides comprehensive, evidence-based foot care ranging from routine management to advanced wound care and minor surgery. In addition to serving the Caledon and Nobleton (formerly Kleinburg) communities, she has practiced at Toronto’s Medcan Clinic since 2010 and acts as a Clinical Instructor to mentor future practitioners. Her patient-centered philosophy is rooted in treating every individual with the highest standard of care and respect.
JESSICA REW, D.Ch ., B.Kin (Hons)
CHIROPODIST
Jessica Rew is a licensed Chiropodist registered with the College of Chiropodists of Ontario. She holds a Bachelor of Kinesiology from Brock University and an Advanced Graduate Diploma in Chiropody from the Michener Institute. Since 2018, Jessica has built extensive clinical experience treating a broad spectrum of foot concerns. Alongside her role at Foot Clinic and Orthotics, she manages high-risk wound care at St. Michael’s Hospital in Toronto and Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre in Barrie. Jessica is dedicated to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care for individuals of all ages and is currently practicing out of the Nobleton location.
ALEXANDRU DOBRE, D.Ch., BSc. Bio /Kine
Chiropodist
Alexandru (Alex) Dobre is a licensed Chiropodist who holds an Advanced Graduate Diploma in Chiropody from the Michener Institute and an Honours Bachelor of Science from York University. With years of private clinic experience, Alex uses a patient-centered, comprehensive approach to get patients back on their feet. He is highly skilled in soft tissue surgery for nail conditions and warts, injections, wound care, and manual therapy for musculoskeletal pain. Outside of the clinic, Alex enjoys hiking, martial arts, tennis, singing, and reading about nutrition.
SUMRAT RANDHAWA, D,Ch., BSc
CHIROPODIST
Sumrat Randhawa is a licensed Chiropodist who holds an Honours Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Waterloo and completed his clinical training at the Michener Institute in 2021. Practicing the full scope of chiropody at Foot Clinic and Orthotics, Sumrat combines holistic and surgical treatments to provide dedicated, individualized care. He has a strong clinical passion for sports-related podiatric medicine and proactive diabetic care, integrating advanced biomechanical assessments and wound care into his treatments. Sumrat looks forward to welcoming patients at the Caledon East location.
CASSANDRA GARCIA
MEDICAL RECEPTION LEAD / CLINICAL & ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT LEAD
Cassandra Garcia brings extensive experience and dedication to the team, having joined the clinic in June 2019. Starting as a medical receptionist, she progressed into a leadership role driven by her strong interest in clinic operations and patient care. Cassandra studied Social Work at Seneca, a background that complements her people-focused approach and organizational skills. She thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment and deeply values the meaningful interactions between patients and chiropodists. Outside of work, Cassandra enjoys spending time with family and friends and is passionate about contributing to the clinic’s continued growth.
ANJELICA MORGAN, BsocSc
Medical reception lead / patient care coordinator
With over five years of experience as a medical receptionist, Anjelica is dedicated to providing a welcoming and efficient experience for every patient. A University of Ottawa graduate with a Bachelor of Social Science, she brings strong interpersonal skills to managing scheduling, patient inquiries, and daily clinic operations. Known for her friendly, compassionate approach, Anjelica ensures patients feel comfortable and supported while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality. Outside of work, she is an animal lover who enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, and spending quality time with family and friends.
ELISE VANDENBERK
Esthetician / Clinical Support
With over 14 years of clinical experience, she is a Medical Esthetician at Foot Clinic & Orthotics (FCO), specializing in advanced pedicure techniques and supportive foot care. An honors graduate from Canadian Beauty College, her practice is grounded in strict infection protocols, meticulous care, and the early identification of nail and skin pathologies. She approaches every patient with compassion and attentiveness, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment. Outside of work, she is a mother of two; motherhood has deepened her capacity for empathy and patience, qualities that enrich her patient-centered care.
